Life As I Know It

Have you ever walked alone
and felt the feeling of loneliness on your own,
When no one else knows you on the inside
and or even cares to give you a ride.

Then at school you get judged on your looks
when you’re the only one that can read books,
They don’t know you for who you are
but that doesn’t stop you cause you’ll go far.

People in this world are so complex
As they go out and cash their checks,
And then there’s the people that don’t fit in
The people like me who don’t like to sin.

This is Life as I Know It
It’s harsh but great
Even though there’s way too much hate,
but hey, that’s fate.
