A Traveler's Amusing Nightmare

From Boston to DC and then LA,
We thought that we were surely on our way
To Auckland but to our so great dismay,
Honolulu would be the place we stayed.
For two hours we waited on the plane,
While a sketchy flight attendant named Dane
Flirted with Cliff and let us all obtain
Blueberry muffins-disgustingly plain.
Finally to Auckland or so we though-NOT!
Back to LAX the pilot brought us.
Quantas has a rule, a rule that caught us.
The pilot did not have that which he sought.
His amount of sleep was not up to par,
Therefore we were not able to go far.
We were a ship, stranded against a reef.
Would the travelers and Auckland ever meet?
Finally the word came; the news wasw sweet.
Finally word came; our dream seemed real.
When we landed at last, gate ajar,
We saw that is was the best place on RADAR.
Paul and Laurinda were there to meet us.
They amazingly did not make a fus.
We rode into Waiwera on a bus,
To begin out trip of awesomeness.
